If you continue using the Site following any amendment, that constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


20. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We work with trusted courier partners to get your purchases to you.
Delivery windows, product availability, and any postage fees applicable to your order are all displayed at the point of checkout and depend on where you are located.

Delays attributable to couriers, border controls, or events outside our reasonable control are not something we can be held responsible for.

We aim to deliver our products in 5-8 days


21. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have up to 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return, subject to consumer rights legislation.

Any item you send back must:

  • Be in its original, unaltered condition — unworn and undamaged
  • Come back in the original packaging it arrived in
  • Include every accessory or component that came with it

The cost of returning goods to us is yours to bear, unless the item is faulty or we dispatched something incorrectly.
Once the return reaches us, your refund will be issued within 7 days.


22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply to everything we sell.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, get in touch at support@malabisse.com with a clear account of the issue and any supporting images or documentation.
We will assess the situation and offer whichever remedy is most appropriate — whether that is a repair, a like-for-like replacement, or a full refund.
