Ways to Pay
Checking out at Malabisse is straightforward — we've made sure you have plenty of payment options to choose from. At the moment, we accept all of the following:

- Mastercard (Maestro included)

- Visa (credit and debit cards)
Placing Your Order
Every transaction is handled through encrypted, real-time payment gateways. Here's how the process works from start to finish:
- Browse and add the items you want to your basket
- Head to checkout and fill in your delivery details
- Pick whichever payment method suits you best
- Review and confirm your purchase
As soon as your payment goes through, a confirmation screen will appear on the spot and a full summary of your order will land in your inbox shortly after.

Pricing & Currency
Every price you see on our site is shown in British Pounds Sterling (£).
If your card was issued by a bank outside the UK, any currency conversion will be handled by your card provider at the rate applicable on the day of purchase.

A successful payment triggers an instant on-screen confirmation. At the same time, we'll fire off an email to you containing:

- A record of your payment
- Your unique order reference number
Payment Not Going Through?
If your transaction gets rejected, there are several possible explanations:
- Not enough funds available on the card
- An expired card or an active block placed by your bank
- Restrictions applied by your financial institution
- A typo or error in the payment details you entered
- A short-lived technical glitch on the gateway
Double-check what you've entered and give it another go. If it still won't work, calling your bank or switching to a different payment method usually does the trick. Our support team is also happy to help if you're stuck.
Extra Charges
Malabisse doesn't add any processing fees on top of your order total. That said, there are some charges that may come from outside our control:
- Your bank may apply international transaction or foreign exchange fees
- Your card issuer might charge a cross-border fee depending on where they're based
- Third-party services like PayPal operate under their own pricing structure
It's worth checking with your provider beforehand so there are no surprises at your end.
